The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paddock Club Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the Paddock Club suite kit, floorplan design, operational planning, and installation at races throughout the Formula 1 season.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring a seamless guest journey by delivering a suite environment that meets the highest standards of event hospitality in sport for our guests and partners.

The role involves end-to-end management of the suite kit, including budgeting, layout planning, pre‑production, installation, post‑event reporting, and ongoing maintenance.

Close coordination and collaboration with the Design and Hospitality teams, as well as management of our supplier network, will be essential to ensure consistent delivery throughout the season.
