Packing Operative

Location: Kingstone, Hereford | Rate of pay: £13.66 per hour | Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–4:30 pm; early Friday finish (37 hours per week). Start Date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack products ready for dispatch
  • Label, wrap, and prepare items for shipment
  • Check products for defects or damage before packing
  • Maintain a clean, organised working environment
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets
  • Assist with general warehouse/production tasks as required
  • Follow all company health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable with a positive work ethic
  • Able to work at a steady pace and follow instructions
  • Previous packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
