Job Description
**Packer- Pay up to $17.50/hr- IN.**
**Location:** Indianapolis, IN.
**Pay:** $17.50/hr
**Shift:** 1st- Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Overtime may be available on Fridays until 3:00 PM and occasionally on Saturdays.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and package medical care kits and diabetic testing meters.
+ Perform light hand assembly and kitting tasks.
+ Pack, label, and palletize shipping boxes.
+ Follow written work instructions and production procedures.
+ Conduct basic quality inspections as assigned.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards.
+ Work effectively in a team environment to meet production goals.
+ Stand at a workstation for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
