**Job Title: Packer**
**Job Description**
**As a packer, you will rotate between three key tasks daily, collaborating with other team members. You will prepare boxes, load, and label and seal boxes, placing them onto pallets. This role requires standing for 8 hours and maintaining pace with the production line.**
**Responsibilities**
+ **Prepare boxes for packing.**
+ **Load ink cartridges into boxes.**
+ **Label and seal boxes, then place them onto pallets.**
+ **Maintain pace with the production line.**
+ **Stand for 8 hours during shifts.**
**Essential Skills**
+ **6 months of manufacturing experience.**
+ **Ability to work at a fast pace.**
+ **Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.**
+ **High School Diploma or GED.**
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ **Experience in inks or chemical environments.**
+ **Experience as a batch mixer, loading, assembly, inventory, RF scanner...
