Responsibilities 1) Lead the packaging development activities on small to medium global new variant/brand projects. Provide technical guidance to design agencies, suppliers and marketing: Define packaging brief with brand and technical team Select packs to meet project, brand, consumer and technical requirements Develop new colours for plastic components + new pack graphic designs Technical development of custom components on small scale projects Define packaging action standards / functional requirements Conduct testing and validation Create and cascade approved global toolkits + quality standards 2) Ensure the pack undergoes relevant testing protocols, interpret and act on results to enable specification build, create reports and make recommendations to the team. 3) Effectively communicate with multiple functions and external parties to ensure relevant packaging activities...
