Packaging Technician

Work location: Tuas South

Work Hours: 12-hours rotating shifts

Salary: $2100 onwards depending on experience + Completion Bonus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Supervisor in coordinating activities in the manufacturing operation.
• To operate, monitor and maintain Packaging, Dry Blending, Wet processing, UHT, Evaporator, Spray Dryer, CIP system and Powder transport system and equipment in compliance with Plant safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP).
• Accountable for the on-the-job safety and health of contractors or vendors under his direct supervision.
• Meet site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) performance objectives set by management as well as functional group concerned.
• Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, and responds to alerts during production.
