Key Responsibilities



  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery (baggers, fillers, conveyors, sealers)

  • Ensure products are packaged according to quality specifications (weight, sealing, labeling)

  • Track and record production throughput and packaging data

  • Identify, report, and manage non-conformances and deviations

  • Support investigations into customer complaints related to packaging quality

  • Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure equipment readiness

  • Monitor utilities (air, water, steam) and report abnormalities

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance (CILT activities) such as cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments

  • Maintain accurate production records and complete operational checklists

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
