THE ROLE

As our Supply Chain Packaging Technician (Perfume Caps – Commodities), you play a critical role in the technical development, validation, and industrialization of packaging components, acting as the primary technical point of contact across Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and external suppliers to deliver compliant and cost‑effective packaging solutions.
You will be reporting to Material Productivity Projects Manager, and you will manage: New initiative technical leadership:
  • Provide technical inputs during design phases in collaboration with R&D Packaging

  • Support FMEA activities and ensure technical readiness for project handover

  • Participate in start‑ups and industrial trials to validate component performance

  • Act as technical packaging representative throughout the project lifecycle
