Packaging Technician

• Contribute to new initiative start-ups (provide inputs in the design phase, support FMEA & project hand over with R&D packaging)
• Originate tertiary packaging specifications (validate end-of-line configurations & run transport tests)
• Manage development of suppliers’ capability/capacity (root cause analysis in specs deviation)
• Support Business Continuity Plan (duplicate specs to new suppliers, increase existing suppliers’ capacity & apply regulatory requirements)
• Support quality improvement (revisit specification tolerance & modify delivery methods/packing instructions)
• Support continuous improvement (partner with Operations to improve production processes & improvement to impact line efficiency)
• Identify, assess, and implement cost saving opportunities
