Tasks

  • Lead, motivate, and support a production team.
  • Plan and coordinate daily packaging activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Assign tasks and actively participate in operations.
  • Handle bins and pallets as required.
  • Complete production tracking and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and health and safety standards.
  • Operate certain equipment, including X-ray and boxing machines.
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments and management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
