Job Title Packaging Supervisor Location Cincinnati, OH. Position Overview The Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of assigned shifts, including safety, quality, efficiency, process execution, and team development. The role oversees in‐specification packaging of all high‐speed manufacturing production, including bottling, canning, and/or kegging lines, ensuring the product is ready on time and for distribution, and supervising hourly staff. Operations are conducted following brewery policies and procedures. The position may also include weekly ownership of process improvement for a specifically assigned zone.
