Packaging Supervisor

Description Primary Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations within the Pull Tab processing and packaging department, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met. Lead and support a team of approximately 20–30 production employees responsible for packaging and processing pull tab products. Coordinate production workflows across multiple packaging lines and high-volume SKU-based product runs. Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor by troubleshooting operational issues, supporting line efficiency, and ensuring teams stay on schedule. Monitor packaging quality, product counts, labeling, and finished goods to ensure accuracy and compliance with production standards.
