Packaging Solutions Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Bagging Machines, packaging lines and Industrial Automations Solutions
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads across target industries such as Fertilizers, Pharma, Plastic, Food & Beverage.
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams to prepare customized Packaging Solution proposals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from RFQ and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
• Work closely with project execution, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue and margin targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of closing capital equipment or automation projects worth ₹1-3 crore annually.
