THE ROLE We are passionate about paper and committed to the future of our planet. We are world leaders in what we do, and we are currently on the look-out for an experienced Machine Operator within a production/manufacturing setting. This role sits at the very heart of our production line and manages all aspects of the end-to-end production of some of the UK’s best known tissue brands.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to develop and progress within the company. The ideal candidate will have the determination, drive, and willingness to learn, with the ambition to grow into a Team Leader role in the future. We value individuals who are proactive, committed to personal development, and keen to take on increasing responsibility as they advance their career.
The successful candidate will work on our rostered 4 shift pattern working 2 days then 2 nights so you can get that all important work/life balance.
