Chemical Delivery Operations

• Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey
• Drive a forklift (only if you have been trained)
• Offload chemicals from truck
• Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
• Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
• Keep chemical containment & storage areas clean and free of spillages and dirt
• Observe dosing lines and pumps for leaks/damages/faults and report immediately to Technician

Daily Stock Taking Report

• Fill in EBI reports
• Fill in Stock allocation report correctly
• Fill in schedules from the line daily and submit to Planners
• Walk the lines and inspect for issues, downtime, spraying pattern of nozzles and leaks
• Remove and clean blocked nozzles
• Check conveyors for cleanliness
• Check salt tank if there is salt present. Top up if req...
