Position Overview:

A leading manufacturing and milling company is seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to oversee and optimise all packaging operations within a high-performance production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between production, machinery, and logistics functions.

Requirements:
National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
Minimum 5 years extensive packaging experience in the grain milling industry
Experience with automated packaging machines and robotics in a grain milling environment
Valid drivers licence and own transport
