Our client is a dynamic and youthful company
specializing in the AGF sector. They are a European importer
focused on mangoes and avocados. The work atmosphere is informal
with short communication lines. Their expertise lies in receiving,
ripening, packaging, and dispatching mangoes and
avocados.
As an operator, your main responsibility is to
oversee the packaging of mangoes and avocados according to customer
specifications. Subsequently, these yields are dispatched to
supermarkets. Within this role, you will operate machinery and also
supervise production staff working alongside you on the
line.
- Set up and adjust the net
clipper or flowpack machines (performing light technical
tasks). - Supervise production
workers. - Ensure the smooth operation of the
production line. - Troubleshoot and resolve any
issues that may arise.
