Packaging Engineer

Fulltime role Hybrid at Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico Key Responsibilities 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial packaging · Design, develop, and maintain labeling solutions for industrial / HVAC products, including primary, secondary, and logistics labels · Own label artwork development, version control, and change management in line with product and regulatory requirements · Strong hands-on experience with label design software such as Bartender and CodeSoft · Manage label content definition including part numbers, barcodes, QR codes, regulatory symbols, multilingual text, and product information · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ASTM, ISO, customer standards, and regional compliance requirements) · Collaborate closely with product design, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and regulatory teams · Support NPI / NPD programs by defining labeling requirements during early design stages · Drive cost optimization and VAVE initiatives related to labels a...
