Packaging Designer (Concept to Factory-Ready)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia – Office-based (Centro empresarial Calle 97)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00
Compensation: Salary paid in USD
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Packaging Designer to develop innovative, retail-ready packaging solutions from concept through production.
This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual storytelling with structural thinking, manufacturing knowledge, and cost awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative packaging concepts with strong shelf impact and clear product storytelling
Design structural solutions that are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective
Create dimensioned dielines and production-ready artwork
Prepare factory-ready specification sheets (materials, print methods, finishes, tolerances, assembly steps)
Optimize packaging for retail display, shipping efficiency, and e-commerce durability
