**Job Title: Packager**
**Job Description**
This role involves working at two main locations, which are approximately a 10-minute Skytrain ride apart. The primary location is in Burnaby, where you will work in the ''Receiving & Repairs'' area. The secondary location is a small warehouse in Vancouver that handles retail shipments and returns. You will not be required to work at both locations on the same day, as schedules are planned ahead.
**Responsibilities**
Receive and process incoming shipments from UPS at the main office location.
Count and scan packages to ensure no items are missing.
Open received packages and ensure they match the customer order number and address in the computer system.
Diagnose issues with packages and perform basic troubleshooting.
Log the decided fix for the product and prepare it for shipment.
Organize returned parts and work areas.
If excelling in the receiving area, training on software testing and diagnosing may be provided...
