Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security. Your role involves applying expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design and Configure Solutions: Design, configure, and customize the Oracle HCM product to meet business requirements, identifying gaps and recommending leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies and reduce future maintenance efforts.
• Conduct Application Testing: Create functional designs and prototypes, and conduct application testing to ensure effective implementation.
• Educate Clients: Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices, identifying opportunities for additional services and providing status reports to keep engagement managers informed of the project's overall progress.
