Job Description

The Application Engineer is responsible forenablingpacking methoddesigntomeetFunctional Requirement Specifications (FRS)and manufacturing excellenceofNexperiaproductdevelopment projects, assure post assembled product quality atstorageandtransportationenvironment, ultimatelycustomerease ofhandling product packingmethod that isin accordancewith EIA or/and IEC Standards.
 

This is a1-year contract position.

What You Will Do

  • Develop packing methodintermsofcarrier tape,cover tape, PQ/SPQ label, innerbox..MBBetcbeingoptimaldesign at aspects ofNexperiadesign requirements, EIA/IECStandard,suppliercapabilitiesand customer applicationin a timely manner.

  • Identifytechnical risks and provide mitigation proposals at theappropriate stageusing proper design tools such as Design FMEA andFitting SimulationAnalysis.

  • Drive sound and effectivecontrolmethodologyofproduct packingprocess.
