Job Purpose This role exists to support the HC Head and CBD Head as their direct assistant, while driving operational execution in team collaboration and engagement. Ensure seamless coordination, timely activation of programs and effective communication.

Main Responsibilities

• Support HC Head and CBD Head on managing schedules, daily agenda, critical actions, team communication and follow‑ups on key actions, different ongoing projects and managerial tasks.
• Administrative process coordination support for the team.
• Manage local, domestic & international travel for BU/CBD Head and team (ticketing, transportation, accommodation, sorting travel agenda, etc.).
