Our firm is seeking a skilled Data Capturing Clerk / PA to manage the administrative lifecycle of our construction and waterproofing projects. This is a critical role that requires a high level of accuracy and professional communication. Your Scope of Work: Invoicing & Statements: Overseeing the billing cycle and ensuring all records are current. Claims Management: Preparing and submitting claims with precision. Order & Guarantee Tracking: Maintaining a robust filing system for all project-related orders and warranty documentation. Administrative Support: Providing high-level PA support to the business owners. Requirements: Excellent numeracy and data entry speed. Experience in the construction or trade industry is a significant advantage. High proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel). Ability to communicate clearly with suppliers and clients.
