We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director, serving as the primary coordinator of tasks and priorities. The role requires strong active listening and summarisation skills, with the ability to accurately interpret verbal instructions and produce clear, concise summaries of discussions, key decisions, and agreed action points. The successful candidate should also demonstrate excellent follow-up skills across multiplesubjects and tasks, ensuring timely execution and closure.
