Elevate owner support at Big White Ski Resort as a full-time Owner Services Coordinator. Deliver exceptional customer service to property owners worldwide from our beautiful Kelowna location.
This on-site role places you at the heart of the Owner Relations Team, helping current and prospective owners manage their rental properties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality and is proficient in communication and organization. You'll field inquiries, maintain detailed owner information, and solve issues with a service-oriented approach.
