Overseas Retail Projects Coordinator

BUILT CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to assist in overall project planning and execution for retail projects. The role involves co-ordinating with in-house workers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will manage site works, generate reports, and ensure documentation is organized. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to read construction drawings, with a preference for BCSS and other safety certifications.

Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese are required, along with adaptability for ad-hoc travel.
