What You Will Do

  • Build & manage Europe recruitment agency partnerships
  • Drive weekly CV submissions & monthly Offer Letter growth
  • Execute structured daily outreach system (WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct Zoom agency sharing sessions
  • Screen & interview candidates before submission
  • Build and manage CRM + Google Drive documentation system
  • Track results and report daily performanceYou will be measured by results, not just activity.

Requirements
Fresh graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership and grow in an internationalmarket environment are highly encouraged to apply.
