Enhance lives as a part-time Overnight Direct Support Professional at the Bob Rumball Canadian Centre of Excellence for the Deaf in Milton. Support the Deaf community through dedicated care and person-centered approaches.
This position requires a strong commitment to quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. As a part-time professional, you will work 16 hours over weekends, promoting a safe home-like environment while collaborating with other team members. Your role is crucial in adhering to clinical plans, administering medications, and advocating for individuals' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications according to organizational policies
• Ensure compliance with clinical and program plans
• Promote a safe, clean environment at all times

Requirements:
• DSW Diploma or related college degree
