About the Role: Over-the-Counter Associate

In this role, you’ll assist customers and ensure the proper zoning of your assigned area. You’ll also perform tasks delegated by the OTC Department or Pharmacy Manager, maintaining modular and feature presentation while adhering to Walmart’s core values.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality , maximizing department sales, rotating stock, and checking for expired products. Following proper procedures for ordering and pricing, you’ll keep the area neat and free from unnecessary clutter.
