Role & Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates within South Africa.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws as an outsourced partner.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Work independently as an outsourced partner, aligned with our hiring requirements.
- Deliver a consistent volume of qualified candidates on a day-to-day basis.
