Job Description

This role is expected to anticipate customer needs and make suggestions for improvement of the day to day operation on an ongoing basis. The role is expected to do anything and everything that will help the Golf Operations accomplish its objectives and to ensure that guests enjoy their experience through welcoming the guests to the facility at the beginning of their visit.

Shift Duties Include:

  • Having an understanding of the entire facility including the golf course

  • GPS on-cart system knowledge

  • Knowledge of course rules and etiquette as well as environmentally sensitive areas

  • Radio communication skills

  • Cart fleet maintenance and upkeep

  • Bagdrop services
