Outside Sales Representative, Pro (Calgary Area)

Your Role

Actively prospect new potential clients within your assigned territory.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, including regular job site visits.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Promote the Value Proposition to each customer to grow Share of Wallet with a high close rate.

Create orders and coordinate delivery to customers through the expediting team, RONA Direct, or delivery department.

Review material requirements with customers, including qualifying blueprints and material take‑offs.

Provide accurate information on products and services, including price and delivery quotations, source new or unusual products, and complete material estimates, along with tailored advice and recommendations.
