The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of Outreach worker.

The Springboard Project, Oldham Town Centre.

Salary: NJC scale points 12-17: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum (Full Time Equivalent). Actual Salary: £24,459 - £26,532 per annum. Plus SEN Allowance (£1,539 per annum).

Contract: 2 x Term‑time, Permanent; 1 x Term‑time, Fixed term; commencing as soon as possible.

Contracted hours: 36 hours 40 minutes per week.

Based: Initially at The Springboard Project, 2 Medtia Square, Phoenix St, Oldham, OL1 1AN.

Closing Date: Friday 26 June 2026.
