Position: Outreach Counselor

Description: Outreach Counselors at BACI ensures that people supported have the opportunity to pursue personalized goals in a valued and supportive Outreach Counselor provides assessment, planning and implementation of support for individuals receiving service through the department. The position supports individuals to achieve skills and knowledge to assist them in their daily independent living in the community. The position works closely with Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) and the individual's family and support network to ensure the establishment of meaningful goals and the delivery of quality service.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Education & Qualifications:

- Graduation from a university or Community College with a degree or diploma in Human Services

- An equivalent of education and experience may be considered
