Reporting to the Widening Participation Community Engagement Manager, the post holder will complement and build on the existing good practice developed at Maynooth University. The post holder will work within a team contributing to the design, implementation, and evaluation of a coherent targeted MAP Outreach Programme (to include outreach activities, pathways, and transitions to HE) with the objective of supporting the access, retention, and success of learners under-represented in higher education. The Outreach Officer will promote opportunities and pathways to progress to HE and will provide targeted information and advice to prospective students and their families to support them to successfully navigate third level systems.
