We are seeking a skilled and driven Outlet Manager - Kitchen to lead the full kitchen operations of Staple.
This role has a strong focus on QSR execution, daily production planning, food consistency, team supervision, cost control, ordering, stocktaking, and service readiness.
The role is hands-on and operational. The Outlet Manager - Kitchen is expected to lead from the floor, manage the team during peak periods, ensure food is produced quickly and consistently, and maintain tight control over quality, hygiene, stock, wastage, and manpower deployment.
