Overlooking Hamilton Island’s bustling marina, the Marina Tavern is a lively, much-loved venue offering relaxed dining, classic tavern fare, cold drinks, and an energetic bar atmosphere. With additional management responsibility across Rainforest Bar and The Palms, this role sits at the heart of Hamilton Island’s social scene.

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of Marina Tavern and its associated venues. Working in partnership with the Food & Beverage Executive Manager, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience, team performance, and financial outcomes while maintaining exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
