Job Purpose

To oversee the daily operations of an assigned outlet, ensuring service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance in line with brand and divisional standards.

The Outlet Manager may either lead a smaller outlet with full operational accountability, including team leadership, cost control, and service delivery, or serve as support to the Outlet Senior Manager in achieving operational and commercial objectives. In both assignments, the role upholds the resort’s culture, service standards, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective people and performance management.
