Outdoor Learning Assistant for Complex Needs

Dorset Council is looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to join Compass Learning Centre, working with students facing educational challenges. This fixed-term position offers a salary range of £17,922 to £19,092 PA, depending on experience.

You will work 30 hours per week across term time, supporting students one-on-one and in groups to help them achieve their full potential. Candidates should have at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics and an understanding of the challenges faced by young people.
