-node=>Lead the strategic development, implementation and ongoing improvement of Outdoor Learning across Robin's Way School, ensuring it becomes a valued and embedded aspect of the school's curriculum and culture.
Design, deliver and regularly evaluate a progressive outdoor learning curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and supports their personal, social and emotional development.
Plan and facilitate high-quality outdoor learning experiences on a daily basis, both on and off site, providing engaging opportunities for pupils to learn through exploration, challenge and real-world experiences.
Coordinate the organisation of educational visits, including transport, staffing and logistical arrangements, working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure safe and effective delivery.
