Outbound Support Associate

We're looking for an experienced, people-centred Outbound Support Associate to help us build and run a new outbound operations team in our fast-growing law firm.

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We're on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home — making conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster. As part of our expansion, we're creating a team in Cape Town, South Africa, focused on progressing property transactions by proactively chasing updates from clients, lawyers, lenders and estate agents. This work is a key part of our goal to move cases forward faster.

We're looking for someone with 5 years' experience in an outbound customer operations role, ideally working in a high-value UK outbound role or South African estate agent case-progression role, with exposure to complex systems, legal processes or property workflows.
