Why this role exists

What we sell is technical. Who we sell to is specific — VPs of Engineering and CTOs at 50-200 person fintech, B2B SaaS, and marketplace companies running on AWS. Generic outbound dies fast against this buyer. They get 200 messages a week. Ninety-eight of them are noise.

The Outbound Sales Specialist owns the daily execution of our outbound motion — picking the right accounts, writing the right messages, getting on the right calendars — under a framework Aamir and Alfateh have spent six months building, sharpening, and proving.
