Job Description
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage prospective and existing customers, present tailored wireless solutions, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets. Success in this role requires strong communication and objection-handling skills, along with a solid understanding of telecommunications products and customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Engagement
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to offer telco promotions, upgrades, and solutions
• Conduct account check-ins, assess needs, and provide value-based product recommendations
• Build rapport quickly within the first few seconds of the call
• Create urgency and guide customers toward making a confident buying decision
