What You’ll Do
- Support the regional implementation and ongoing adoption of Aptean tools, ensuring teams are trained, aligned, and equipped to use the system effectively.
- Partner with Customer Service to verify order accuracy, confirm customer requirements, and resolve discrepancies before production.
- Provide timely communication on production progress, order status, and delivery timelines to internal stakeholders.
