JD Logistics is launching its core distribution operations in Spain, and is seeking an energetic frontline leader to supervise the outbound team—overseeing picking, packing, wall sorting and staging to ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately for courier injection.

You will take direct responsibility for an outbound zone, manage shift staffing, track hourly throughput, coach on safety and process adherence, and uphold the local labor Standards while meeting daily targets.
