Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Outbound BDR to join a fast-paced EdTech outbound program in the US. This role is for someone who's confident on the phone, can handle objections, and knows how to book qualified appointments consistently.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to decision-makers and qualify prospects
  • Handle common objections confidently (email me, not interested, no budget, already have something)
  • Book qualified appointments and maintain clean CRM notes
  • Collaborate with your Account Executive to improve qualification quality and pipeline outcomes

Requirements (must-have)

  • Proven outbound/cold calling experience (BDR/SDR/appointment setting)
  • Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
  • Comfortable working with KPIs (dials, connects, conversations, booked appointments)
  • Strong coachability (Able to take feedback from your Account Executive and implement quickly)
