We're hiring an experienced Outbound BDR to join a fast-paced EdTech outbound program. This role is for someone who's confident on the phone, can handle objections, and knows how to book qualified appointments consistently.

What you'll do
Make outbound calls to decision-makers and qualify prospects
Run discovery-style conversations (not script reading)
Handle common objections confidently (email me, not interested, no budget, already have something)
Book qualified appointments and maintain clean CRM notes
Collaborate with your Account Executive to improve qualification quality and pipeline outcomes

An appointment that meets the required criteria (correct decision-maker, fit, need, and clear next step). You'll be trained on the exact qualification standard before live calling.
