Job Position: Outage Maintenance Manager

The Outage Maintenance Manager is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of Planned and Forced Outages for the supercritical coal power plant facility. This role leads the initiation, planning, execution, and close-out of all outages to maximize plant reliability and availability while ensuring strict adherence to the Outage Management Process and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
• Professional License: Registered Engineer (ME, EE, ECE, or equivalent)
• Professional Experience (No. of Years): At least 8–10 years of experience in Power Plant Maintenance or outage management
