We’re growing our Operations team and looking for an OTR Specialist who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes ownership of every shipment.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with carriers and resolve operational issues.
  • Identify risks and act quickly to prevent disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate updates in systems and reports.
  • Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up and service.
